The minutes that are kept on paper files in the Fiscal Officer’s office at the Bloom Township Administration Building are the only approved official minutes of Bloom Township. Current financial reports are always available at all township meetings for any member of the public wishing to review them.
The Chief Fiscal Officer, Holly Mattei, is the official custodian of the records. The office is open prior to each Board of Trustees meeting and by appointment, including evenings and weekends.
