Township Information

Lot Splits

A lot split divides an existing parcel into a small number of new parcels without creating a new public road.

In order to predict future growth patterns in the Township, it is important to look at the factors affecting development. Demand can be determined by examining population and housing trends and calculating future projections.

Subdividing lots

A lot split (minor subdivision) divides an existing parcel into a small number of new parcels without creating a new public road. New lots must meet the following minimums under the Bloom Township Zoning Resolution.
